1. BuildersHub's zero-tolerance standard
BuildersHub explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for CSAE or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the BuildersHub app, website, and related services.
These standards apply to user accounts, profiles, messages, project submissions, links, uploads, and any other content or behavior that is created, shared, or facilitated through BuildersHub.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
You must not use BuildersHub to create, upload, request, share, promote, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
- sexual exploitation, grooming, solicitation, or enticement of a minor;
- sexualized content involving minors, including fictionalized, edited, or computer-generated depictions intended to sexualize a child;
- trafficking, coercion, extortion, or abuse involving a child;
- content or conduct that attempts to normalize, encourage, or organize sexual abuse or exploitation of children; or
- links, external destinations, or account behavior used to distribute or facilitate CSAE.
3. How BuildersHub addresses CSAM and CSAE
BuildersHub may review reports, abuse signals, and other information relevant to potential child-safety violations.
Where we identify or obtain actual knowledge of content or behavior involving CSAE or CSAM, we will take appropriate action. This may include promptly removing or disabling access to the content, restricting features, suspending or terminating the responsible account, and preserving relevant information where legally permitted.
BuildersHub reports apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities when required by applicable law, and cooperates with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies.
4. Reporting and child safety point of contact
